Our Saica Graduate Expert Program is a two-year program designed to grow in making an impact on the world while developing professionally and personally.
Our Graduate Expert program serves as a stepping stone to bigger and better career opportunities within Saica as a Graduate Expert Electric Maintenance.
Some of the tasks you will be responsible for are:
Work as an Electrical Engineer in the electrical/control maintenance department at a paper mill with due regard to safety, environment, and quality.Develop a deep knowledge and drive continuous improvement in a proactive way, proposing alternatives and options to improve the efficiency of electrical systems such as:Electrical motors for HV and LV up to 1.5 Mw & Stand-alone speed inverters.Paper Machine Drive sectional drive and rewinder: Rectifiers / Frequency converters / Special AC Motors.Machine automation (Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electric positioning and movements PLC based).Define and follow up on all maintenance activities for electrical equipment under his responsibility: Corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance routines, planning of shutdowns, spare parts testing, and managing contractors' activities.Assist and support operation engineers in managing the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the paper mill.Develop annual investment assigned to him.Requirements:
Academic Qualification: Just graduated in Electrical / Electronic Engineering Bachelor/Master.
Optional: Specific training or final year project based on Power Electronics.
Experience in PLC-based positioning systems (e.g., Siemens S7) and speed inverters for AC Motors.
Experience: Have experience in a similar role, maximum of two years working experience since graduation.
International experiences (Erasmus,...) are a plus.
High written and spoken English (B2).
