Main Functions: Perform Personnel Budgeting and track personnel costs globally.Perform Dashboard to provide useful information for People decision making.Participation in the provision of data and evidence in audits (e.g.
CAAC and EINF).Collaborate in the design and implementation of global compensation policies together with People management to ensure the competitiveness of compensation practices and an adequate level of internal equity in all its markets based on the definition and mapping of the different positions in the Company (e.g.
: definition of salary bands, definition of short and long term incentives, etc.
).Provide clear communication of C&B policies and procedures to employees and provide them with the necessary technical assistance.Analyze new compensation products, trends, best practices for periodic update of Company policies.Participate in annual reward reviews on an individual and area basis, together with the Directors.
