Our mission is to influence stakeholders to ensure the implementation of safety initiatives and continuous development of an improved safety culture.
Your role will be the link between the project sites and back-office in safety-related matters.Key TasksFollow up and ensure the implementation of safety alerts safety awareness released from engineering across the Onshore project portfolio.Facilitate an improved safety culture via the Global Site Resources and key site resources on the onshore projects.Participate in the relevant safety forums to provide operational feedback and continuous improvement ideas from the onshore projects.Act as an operational link between the projects and global safety campaigns.Monitor and follow up on the safety incidents registered in Enablon.What do you need to make a difference?Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance of leading the change, we are also looking for candidates with the following skills:Operational experience from the Wind Industry.Experience within Safe Systems for Work and Control of Hazardous Energy from the Wind Industry.You are a team player with excellent communication skills and an innovative mindset, with the ability to work independently.You can bring transparency and a drive to a complex safety situation ensuring the constant focus on improving the safety performance across the onshore project portfolio.You are comfortable with a diverse set of tasks, working both on long-term projects and short deadlines.The expectation is regular travels to project sites and regions - approx.
40 - 60 days yearly.
You should thrive in a multi-cultural environment with a global perspective.
It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
