We are seeking a Sales Representative with proven sales experience to join their team and unleash your potential. You will enjoy the autonomy and freedom to make impactful decisions that drive continued growth, as it will involve traveling to provinces such as Segovia, Toledo, Guadalajara, Madrid, and Ávila to visit existing clients and those that will be generated by you.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 5+ years of experience in selling. Excellent negotiation skills, especially in relation to profit margins. Ability to navigate complex negotiations. Experience in Sales and generating leads. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Results-driven and target-focused. Experience with CRM. Experience in the sector is an advantage but not necessary. Responsibilities Demonstrate a very strong commercial sense, understanding market trends, and identifying business opportunities. Analyze and interpret industry data to make informed decisions. Meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals. Prioritize profit margins in sales strategies and negotiations. Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Excel as a new salesperson, adept at establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships.
