We are looking for a new creative member (architect or designer) to join our Design and Concept Department team.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESBe part of the Concept Department. Develop innovative and creative solutions within masterplan projects, interior design of commercial spaces, and leisure equipment.3D Modelling and Rendering.Design and layout of commercial presentations.Using English to communicate and explain projects.Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets.Creation of technical plans for schematic design projects.Assistance to the Construction Manager.DESIRED SKILLSCreative, dynamic, and passionate about design.Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills.Team player.Proactive and with the ability to work independently.Good communication skills in English.BACKGROUNDMaster's Degree in Architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering, or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture.+3 years of experience in construction and architecture.LANGUAGESCertificate: English B2.
