Responsibilities Making calls to databases of own customers with contracted insurance.
Offering the renewal of household appliance insurance and the sale of additional insurance.
Providing information on legal guarantees, consumption, and conditions.
Handling the company's software for the management of the database and the client portfolio.
Required Qualifications Fluent in Portuguese language.
At least 1 year of experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Customer service campaigns with sales, preferably in outbound calls.
