As an IT/OT Manager, you will be leading the initiatives of the "DIGITAL" program in all matters related to IT OT, support plant on daily bases and all topics related to IT OT integration (cyber security - OT control).
What will be your challenges?Animate the Digital Program in your Scope and lead Digital Projects.Suppliers Management.Propose and deploy the OT Masterplan for the plant.Ensure availability and performance of OT information systems and ensure that they meet business needs.Ensure Incident resolution and management of improvements.Train maintenance team to be able to perform first level maintenance, root cause diagnosis and restart activities with the lowest possible time.Manage and lead the KPI review with suppliers (Cyber level of compliance/TOD related to information System or networks).Participate in projects and lead OT projects within the defined deadlines and budgets by following project management and animation methods (project status, KPI, meetings).Ensure Go live of projects (Training, Documentation).Ensure continuity of projects with the application of Danone Group policies and recommendations.Management of digital projects in coordination with central teams.About youFor you to succeed in this position, you must be an outstanding communicator with attention to detail, proactive and team-oriented.
We believe that it is positive to have:
