The successful person will be bright, and a highly effective communicator, able to build bridges across teams and drive forward new projects independently that include both internal and external stakeholders. They will have excellent project management skills and be accountable for the delivery of highly visible projects.Project Strategic Alignment and Delivery: The successful applicant will provide input into the overarching strategy for clinical initiatives that bridge across the drug projects within ECD. They will lead on prioritisation of resources, ensuring alignment with Therapy Area Strategy and compliance with all governance and regulatory processes. The Project Director will work collaboratively and build alliances with external bodies such as Healthcare Services, NGOs and academic/research bodies globally. They will be an effective communicator, able to build strong engagement internally across all relevant functions and overcome challenges with great team-working skills.
