Do you have at least 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent working with export documentation?
Do you have a C1 level of French?

You're the person we're looking for if:
You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You have at least a C1 level of French and English. You have a general knowledge of export documentation (BL, AWB, DUA, Certificates of origin, Cash against documents, and Letters of Credit). You work with MS Office Suite and an ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus). You're highly customer-focused. You're flexible and can adapt easily to new processes and tools. You have excellent communication skills and great problem-solving skills (providing creative solutions). You're a team player and have a proactive attitude. You're an analytical person with attention to detail.
