Job Description

What will you do?

During the past few years, our company has grown immensely - we grew from a small Polish startup to a global SaaS company.
During this fast growth, small local teams developed highly personalized solutions for their local sales, but now the time has come to standardize and scale our processes to a global level with quick and easy access to data and insights for all of our stakeholders.


Supporting to build the Global Sales Excellence function that is to play a key role in the future growth of Docplanner by:Generating Insights (research projects, experimentation, CRM data analysis…)Boosting sales rep productivity (product/CRM automations, sales operations optimisation, redefinition of routines)Best practices (cross-market sharing, external expertise/benchmarks)- Enabling sales teams globally to sell better and more with better training and enablement tools
- Shadowing sales reps and generate insights that allow us to improve our pitch shape and execution
- Data queries and solid understanding of data management topics (Tableau, SQL)
- Business/financial modeling (business analysis, forecasting, budget simulations)
- Scale results/experiments from one market into global projects
- Liaise with in-market stakeholders to align on project direction and status
- Overall project management for selected project portfolio (monitoring, issue resolution etc.
)

In this role, you're working super closely with - and reporting directly to Lluís, our Global Head of Sales Excellence :)


Qualifications

What makes you a great fit?


You have 3-5 years of professional experienceYou're fluent in English (any other languages - e.g.
Spanish, Portuguese, Polish etc.
- are a plus!
)Ideally, a STEM or business educational backgroundExperience in sales both as a sales representative and/or in sales excellence/enablement teamsTechnical expertise in working with large data sets:knowledge of Tableau/ Power BI/ reporting tools - ability to edit/create dashboardsknowledge of SQL and experience in working with databases - e.g.
from prior BI experiencedesirable but not mandatory - knowledge and passion for data science (Python modeling experience; knowledge of the key data science algorithms: clustering, regression, decision trees, x-gradient boost, etc.
)Prior experience in business analysis and modeling will be a plus (financial models, forecasting, business performance measurement etc.
)Proven experience working with multicultural teams, demonstrated communication skills and ability to navigate within a complex organizationAble to package insights and communicate with stakeholders/ lead working sessions with teamsUsed to working in a high paced scale up environment or in consultingThis role is remote first but is ideally based in Spain, Barcelona.
