This key role will oversee global bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, vendor relationships, tax, and more. Based in India, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, maintaining compliance across regions, and ensuring smooth financial operations across all our global markets.Key Responsibilities:Bookkeeping & Accounting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning to support decision-making and business growth. Work with company executives to create a yearly operating budget, developing, analyzing, and interpreting information to evaluate operating results in terms of profitability and performance against budget.Global Operations: Manage financial operations across multiple regions (US, UK, India, and Singapore), ensuring compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international financial standards.Cash Flow Management: Ensure efficient cash flow management, cost controls, and working capital optimization to maintain financial stability across global operations.
