We are currently looking for a Project Manager Junior to join our team.Mission: Participate and collaborate in the Business Transformation projects within the organization.Your key responsibilities:Monitor and review project progress and timelinesManage day-to-day execution of project implementationsAssist with the planning, tracking, documentation and status updates for the projectExercise project leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytic skillsLead workshops requirements gathering involving the different business areasUnderstand current business flows in order to design a TO BE covering gaps and enhancing user experienceParticipate in EU alignment meetings and stand up for the requirement in the Spanish businessParticipate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change managementExperience and skills:1+ years of previous experienceLeadership and problem-solving skillsStrong presentation and communication skillsAbility to build consensus across multiple functional areas and to work independently, as well as cross-functionally within a matrix organizationProject management skillsWork effectively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to organize/prioritize work in and around team deadlines and workloads and conflicting priorities as well as attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate workExperience in Agile methodologiesStrong foundation in data analysis and problem-solving skillsPrevious experience in a consulting firm will be a plusQualifications and knowledge:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Information TechnologyStrong knowledge of Microsoft suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint & ExcelSalesforce, SAP knowledge is an advantageEnglish both writing and speaking fluent
