We are seeking an Expert Github Advanced Security consultant to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the security of our customer's SDLC with advanced security measures across our customer's GitHub repositories.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in software development, DevSecOps, or security engineering, with a strong focus on GitHub and its security features.
You should possess deep expertise in GitHub, including GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, and GitHub Advanced Security, along with a proven track record of automating security processes within CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and management of Github Advanced Security Features.Develop and execute a comprehensive security strategy.Optimize CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions.Tailor security configurations to meet project requirements.Provide training to developers.Conduct regular security audits.Assist in incident response efforts related to security vulnerabilities.We value candidates with certifications such as GitHub Advanced Security Certification, CISSP, CEH, or OSCP, and those with experience administering GitHub organizations, managing permissions, and implementing security policies at scale.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to success in this role, as you will need to explain complex security concepts to make sound decisions under pressure.
