The job

It is really simple:

As we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients' demand, we need support in finding, qualifying, and conducting full-cycle recruitment for specific jobs. If you feel like generating extra revenue (from 20 to 40% of the position gross fee per placed candidate) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule, apply and let's have a virtual coffee!

The job is for you if...

You speak fluent English. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.You have a growth mindset and are contributing to building ambi.careers from the beginning, so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.You have some extra time that you could invest in this, not just 15 minutes a day.
The job IS NOT for you if...
You hate speaking with candidates and clients.You don't like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions.You are arrogant and don't know what empathy is.
Again, English is a must, and another fluent language would be awesome. It's important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates, but if you don't have it and you learn fast and think you can do it, apply, why not?
