Together, we are building a better world.CAT RENTAL USED is part of the Construction Industries (CI) segment and supports the Cat dealer network to deliver customer rental solutions and profitably grow dealer rental revenue, customers and coverage.Job SummaryAs a Dealer Rental Operations Manager, you will assess Dealer Rental Services Operations to identify structural and/or operational issues.You will also be responsible for establishing corrective actions/recommendations as well as overseeing the execution of the plan with the concerned dealer.What You Will Do:Provide in-depth analysis of dealer rental operations, identifying strengths and weaknesses as well as implementing structural improvement plans linked to operational targets and growth objectives.Develop, manage, and execute operational improvement programs in alignment with rental growth strategies and operational goals in collaboration with the dealer.Provide internal and external training to both Cat Rental team and dealer rental teams to address shortfalls.What You Have:Deep rental service operations expertise.Ability to convey a compelling message and influence dealers to implement action plans.Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of decision-making processes and ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.Negotiating and Value Selling: Knowledge of negotiation concepts and ability to negotiate successfully across the organization.Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques and ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of big picture thinking and planning to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.Additional Information:Role requires traveling up to 50% of the time in the EAME region.
