As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will be instrumental in helping the Preply Business leadership team in achieving ambitious goals by solving complex problems and setting the strategic direction of the team.
This role will interact with a wide number of stakeholders within RevOps, Finance, product, Data and the Preply leadership team.
What you'll be doing Be responsible for the Revenue Operations of our Preply Business (B2B).
Review and improve Preply Business unit economics end-to-end, covering the different aspects related to new customer acquisition, upselling, retention and win-back.
Work with various parts of the Preply Business (B2B) organization including sales, marketing and customer success to identify opportunities to drive improved performance.
Support the leadership team in the design of B2B compensation plans and own the operationalisation of those plans including the target setting process and the administration of compensation.
Outline the right revenue KPIs / OKRs and work with the Data team to create insightful dashboards (using Looker) that can be consumed by the local commercial teams and other key stakeholders including investors and senior management.
Develop pricing guidelines, tools and governance to support local teams' price deals effectively; propose improvements toour pricing, including discounting, special offers, and customize our offering according to customer segments, geography and more.
Contribute and support on ad-hoc strategy topics like organizational design, operating model, Investor Relations, M&A, B2B Geo Strategy and more.
What you need to succeed Five years experience in in-house strategy, top-tier management consulting or similar.
B2B Tech experience and/or Revenue/Business/Sales Operations expertise are highly appreciated.
Excellent analytical skills - ability to manipulate data to build models and extract insights from large data sets using BI tools such as Looker.
Highly structured and process oriented, curiosity, attention to detail and critical thinking.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate collaborative relationships across different teams and levels of seniority.
Ability to simplify complex problems, create pragmatic solutions, find shortcuts.
Customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills.
