IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL We are looking for a curious, proactive, and analytical individual to join our Sales Team. As a Business Developer at ShopFully, you will work closely with Brands & Media Agencies to provide consulting & solutions for their digital transformation, including digital advertising (ADV). Your mission will be to establish and expand long-term business relations and drive sustainable success for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing new meaningful partnerships and closing deals with key clients while maintaining relationships with active customers, in order to achieve the business objectives shared with the Sales Management Team. Evangelizing partner companies about the evolving digital landscape and the company's value propositions. Leading, with full responsibility, the commercial business processes towards active and potential clients, ensuring the proper development of potential clients as well. Promoting - through periodic meetings - the company's services, with the aim of encouraging acquired customers towards new projects. SKILLS WE'RE SEARCHING FOR Learning and Curiosity: Desire to learn and natural curiosity about digital trends, FMCG, and retail marketing. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and clearly, both in Spanish and English. Initial Data Analysis: Interest and some basic skills in data analysis for informed decision-making. Organization and Priority Management: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. Proactive Approach: Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative in projects and tasks. Initial Experience in B2B: Previous experience or internships in business development, sales, or B2B marketing will be valued, but not essential.
