About the role: Work closely with the EHQ Divisional Central FP&A Manager, focusing on providing support to Headquarter functions, Market Model maintenance, and template creation to ensure the FP&A Team is prepared for delivering all necessary forecasting and planning on our new structure with franchise leads.
The role is a great opportunity to learn the FP&A role and business partnering, as well as to get exposure to the Endoscopy Division Leadership Team and support them in achieving their business and P&L objectives.
Your responsibilities include: Act as a primary contact and provide key financial support to the EHQ functions (Commercial Excellence and Market Access).
Help manage the annual budget proactively.
Drive forecast accuracy.
Support the Marketing team to maintain financial data behind Market Intelligence and Market Share to keep our Market Model consistent and meaningful.
Support on an ad-hoc basis the EMEA Divisional planning activities (Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, forecasts).
Support the Central FP&A Manager in creating meaningful templates that support the strategic objectives of the division in different lines of the P&L.
Requirements: - Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Management Engineering.
- Fluency in English (level B2 or higher).
- Basic experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
- Highly motivated individual, looking to grow a career in FP&A.
- Strong Excel knowledge and fast learner of financial systems (Tableau, Hyperion, and SAP).
- Business-oriented: ability to interact with different stakeholders at all levels and challenge the status quo.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis.
- Ability to identify financial issues, recommend solutions, and implement improvements.
- Team player, able to work effectively in a team environment while being self-motivated and proactive.
