Service Business is crucial in Alfa Laval Iberica's growth strategy as well as a critical driver for the Sales company Transformation.

Your main responsibilities will be: Analyze and understand market insights and customer buying behaviors and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them into real business opportunities to ensure the pipeline.
Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, with a multichannel perspective, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
Who you are: A dynamic and proactive person who really likes to generate outstanding customer experiences through value selling based on customer needs.
A person with genuine curiosity for business development and looking for new opportunities in the market, based on deep market and data analysis.
A challenging person with a digital mindset, good customer needs understanding, focused not only on selling products but also on creating value in the customer process.
A person with good communication skills, energy, passion, drive, and is a team player.
Job requirements: Industrial Engineering degree (preferred) or similar.
Strong and solid commercial orientation with, preferably, at least 5 years' experience in technical sales.
We value heat transfer technology knowledge.
Spanish and English speaker.
Resident preferably in Madrid area.
The position is located in our offices in Alcobendas.
Availability to travel in Spain.
