This includes managing shared services through our Shared Service Center, outsourced to service partners across EMEA.As a Cloud Technical Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, central operational processes that drive our products, services, and solutions.
You'll work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination, documentation, and execution of activities that expand our market presence and improve efficiency.
In this role, you will work closely with internal departments and key external partners to ensure the successful rollout of cloud solutions across 21+ countries in EMEA.
You'll drive strategies, lead initiatives, and collaborate with various teams to align internal systems and processes for effective product and service launches.Responsibilities:Analyze market needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored solutions.Provide guidance on integrating APIs and support internal teams and partners in leveraging our platform's APIs for enhanced operational processes.Lead strategic initiatives and support the successful deployment of our Cloud portfolio, focusing on monetization models for products, services, and solutions.Document processes to ensure consistency and maintain high service standards for order fulfillment and invoicing.Act as the business owner for enabling operational systems, liaising with Platform and IT teams to define system requirements, functional specs, and deployment processes.Key Skills and Experience:Solid technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and middleware solutions.Experience with JavaScript (or other major programming languages like C# or Python) is essential.Proven background in IT, eCommerce, Pre-Sales, or Customer Service.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.Nice to Have:Experience with Postman or other tools for testing APIs.Familiarity with vendor dynamics in the software distribution or eCommerce industry.Experience in managing projects related to Software Licensing, SaaS, or Cloud services.What We Offer:Hybrid model with 2 days at the office per week.
