Role and Missions — What you will do
As a Senior HRBP, you will work closely with our leadership team and employees to develop and execute HR initiatives that align with our company goals.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our performance management systems, enhancing leadership skills, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
This role is perfect for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and has a passion for making a meaningful impact.
You will be reporting to our Chief People Officer and will be in charge of:

Develop and implement HR initiatives and projects aligned with the overall business strategy.Set and drive the performance review process and provide managers with constant support, acting as a trusted advisor.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and the preservation of team members.Nurture a positive working environment.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Manage relationships with our Staff Representatives (CSE in France).
