How will you contribute to our mission? Your main responsibilities would be:
Managing your own customer segment and strengthening relationships with our customers with the goal of increasing net retention.Support customers to roll out additional parts of the platform and enable them to have the best possible impact by using Kenjo.Identifying upselling potential, supporting the implementation of upselling campaigns, and independently conducting customer programs (e.g.
webinars).Renewing customer contracts using automated processes, creating quotes, and negotiating prices.Further develop, continuously test, and rapidly execute onboarding, user education, and support account management processes.Monitor and improve customer success KPIs, and work to make customer success processes and structures scalable.Owning the relationship with your customers and always having an eye on their interests.Gather feedback and user stories directly from our customers, consult with ideas to improve the product, and work closely with the product and engineering team to constantly improve the product.Can you be the next Kenjonita? To be successful in this position, we think you should:
Be fully proficient in Spanish & English (both mandatory).Have experience in the Customer Success or Account or Project Management area.Be a people-person and curious to fully understand your partners.Excel at communicating complex processes in a simple way.Strive to provide excellent user experiences and service to our customers.Coming from the HR industry is a big plus.Have work experience with HR tools in the past is a plus also.
