You will be responsible for end-to-end strategic projects and program design & delivery. You will work on a large variety of global large-scale projects or programs - across various teams, lines of business, or even organizations depending on the need - to drive transformational change for our Travel Partners and E4B teams. E4B is Expedia Group's B2B arm, partnering with suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.), demand partners (OTAs, Travel agencies, Travel management providers), and media companies. We are a B2B powerhouse in the travel industry, powering our partner's distribution, media, and software solutions. If you enjoy being results-oriented and collaborative, have a bias to action, strong project & change management as analytics and problem-solving skills then join this dynamic team!What you'll doScope, design, structure and lead large scale complex - often adaptive and ambiguous - project/program.Design and optimize an effective project structure and organization, as efficient work processes throughout the project lifecycle.Build, empower and lead lean & effective project teams by ensuring clear roles & responsibilities, goals & milestones, and driving accountability throughout the project lifecycle.Design tailored project plan and framework as needed.Provide framework, leverage data, and fact-based investigation to independently solve ambiguous problems, and drive alignment, prioritization and focus from leadership to project group.Perform complex data analyses and extract simple insights when needed.Anticipate, assess, and help mitigate dependencies, gaps in resourcing, roadblocks and risks through independent and transparent escalation & reporting.Identify and track key measurements for determining progress, success, and effectiveness of programs.Ensure effective written and verbal communication throughout the project lifecycle.Tailor communication for different audiences, and breakdown complex information into simplified and actionable concepts to drive decision making & accountability.Understand Expedia Group and Expedia for Business overarching strategy and objectives to guide proper prioritization, resolve challenges, propose best practices and resolution options.Manage complex matrix of multiple stakeholders, teams/departments, workstreams.Use influence and establish trusted relationships to become a trusted advisor and partner and foster cross-team collaboration across Expedia for Business and Expedia Group
