WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain Management, or EngineeringNative or fluent speaking in English (at least C1)7-10 years of experience in procurement3-5 years of experience in People and Culture, Professional Services, or Logistics category managementDeep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets).
High degree of cultural sensitivity and awarenessBid-management experience & contracting experience (including KPI setting and measurement)Strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and fantastic negotiation skillsFamiliarity with international assignment policies, compensation, and benefitsWHAT WE OFFER YOU?Private medical and dental care, life insuranceLunch Sodexo card to be used in the canteen or outsideOffice or hybrid working model with flexible working arrangementsEmployee pension planMultisport programCompany car/car allowanceCafeteria with various benefitsFree bike and car parking for all employeesHOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?You will lead Global Mobility Services category, including relocation, immigration, and tax services.You will be a trendsetter and the subject matter expert in Global Mobility, developing Global Strategic Procurement plan by interacting with key stakeholders, analyzing category data and metrics to drive and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies.You will work closely with our Global Mobility team driving our Global Mobility Program expansion, implementing cost optimization initiatives, and supporting the risk management strategy.You will execute Global and regional strategies by engaging with internal cross-functional partners, building relationships with external suppliers and industry experts while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement and quality, and service levels.You will be involved in a highly intensive and rapidly changing area, leading cost optimization projects, implementing best practices, following through commitments from start to finish, and removing barriers that get in the way of achieving the results, managing high-cost contracts on the global level.
