We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to support our amazing Finance team in the day-to-day accounting tasks.
This role will report directly to the Accounting Manager.
About the teamThe finance team is very flexible and energetic.
We work closely with other teams while contributing to the company's growth and scalability: optimizing our systems, policies, and processes; ensuring the accuracy and control of the information; adapting our financial accounting and reporting; and developing business plans to help in decision-making and to anticipate risks and opportunities.

Account analysis and reconciliation on all balance sheets accounts for all entitiesMonthly billing and management of related requests alongside one of our Senior AccountantsSupport on reimbursements review and approvalsEnsure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processesTake the lead in the coordination of the accounts receivables alongside the Senior Accountants, as well in the month closing process, handling accounting issues/discrepanciesReview and recommend modifications to accounting systems and proceduresSupport on the automation of internal processes and systemsAssist with annual financial audit preparationsAssist with tax returns (mainly VAT)Supervise and mentor the accounting assistants Who you areFluent level in English and Spanish3-5 years of general accounting experienceProficient in Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel) and ERP (Netsuite)Highly detail-oriented and organizedAbility to analyze large sets of dataExcellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive and team player Our cultureAn environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback with a diverse and multicultural team of over 40 different nationalities.
