We do so via:Access: Providing high quality trusted medicines regardless of geography or circumstance; Leadership: Advancing sustainable operations and innovative solutions to improve patient health; Partnership: Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Global Marketing Operations Process and Platform Lead role will make an impact:Key Responsibilities:Support the Head of Global Marketing Operations with routine Global Marketing Operations activities, such as but not limited to risk identification and mitigation for marketing activities, as well as business oversight of global tools, systems policies and procedures which support Viatris marketing activities worldwide.Define, collect and report performance KPIs for global marketing processes.Monitor and analyze global marketing process performance and efficiency, identify gaps and develop solutions for improvement.Support the ongoing development, enhancement, roll-out and governance of tools/processes for Global Marketing activities.Support the development and implementation of process automation and system connectivity to enable Omnichannel marketing activities worldwide.Drive change management of the global marketing organization on all levels.Enable compliance and quality monitoring for global/regional/local marketing functions to ensure adherence to the Viatris Meeting & Events, Customer Engagement Program and Promotional Material policies and procedures.Partner with Heads of Regional/Local Marketing to train and coach marketing departments to comply with internal standards and regulatory requirements.Support the Head of Global Marketing Operations with the set-up and execution of projects to enable the implementation of the Global Marketing Strategy at the local level.Support the Head of Global Marketing Operations in defining, building and rolling out any amendments to current Global Marketing Operations processes and tools.Support the Head of Global Marketing Operations operational resources and capability planning at the global level.Maintain strong partnership with interfacing functions Medical Affairs and Compliance to manage marketing processes according to Viatris Policies and Procedures.Minimum Qualifications:Ideally 8 years' experience in Global Marketing Operations within the pharmaceutical industry.Strong project and customer management skills.Strong process-oriented leadership in building and managing the various processes.Strong know-how and capabilities to monitor, analyze and govern marketing processes end-to-end.#J-18808-Ljbffr
