About the roleWe are looking for a Shopper Marketing Specialist who joins our Trade Marketing Team in our offices located in Tres Cantos, Madrid, and reports directly to our Category & Shopper Marketing Manager. A day in the lifeIn this role you will: Lead Shopper strategy end to end at customer/channel level, through preparation and implementation of winning shopper activation plans, with a clear objective of increasing company's market share and delivering budgeted sales and profit targets. Ensure consistent high quality Shopper Execution and control at the point of purchase. Prepare shopper activation plan (Promotional Plan and In-store visibility plan), by customer, with close collaboration with sales and marketing teams with a clear focus on achieving execution and distribution goals. Control promotion budget and measure shopper marketing effectiveness of promotion investments in the channel in line with the process. Design pre-campaign jointly with sales coordination & tracking; & execution. Deliver brand priorities in market, taking direction from Area marketing team on area priorities, and provide a feedback loop with insights and in-market effectiveness of area initiatives. Deliver execution strategies and plans (space, promotion) through to the point of purchase, executed at the POS winning with our customers and consumers. Sales forecasting for promo packs, jointly with Sales and Marketing. Ensure our merchandisers team have high quality relevant materials to activate the brands with shoppers, consumers. Develop sell-in strategy and support activities. Develop and implement sell-out strategy to optimize visibility, build customers recommendation and drive consumer preference. Assess shopper marketing campaigns effectiveness including ROI. Manage relationships with external stakeholders. Comply with local legislation and corporate standards in communication on materials and promotion. Manage discussions with key customers on their category strategy, drive change and significantly improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase.
