**UNIX-AIX platforms Admin Medium/Senior**We are looking for people able to operate and manage different UINX/AIX environments + virtual platforms (VMWare) including managing end to end relationship with major suppliers.We will provide end-to-end provisioning, operation and decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, server farms, virtualization hosts and clusters, under x86 & non-x86 architecture (SPARC, PowerPC...) with Operating System (AIX, Solaris, HP, etc...) along the whole server lifecycle, according to client standards and policies and by tracking all modifications in ServiceNow"Global Service ActivitiesGeneral platform management (incidents, requests, changes, problems, RCAs,) regarding OS general, networks, loadBalancers,
VPNs, events, alarms, policies, patching, certificates,Support system management software, operating system TCP/IP networking software/Configuration and operating system utilities.Maintain standards for in-scope server operating system, system management software, and operating system utilities updatesManage operating system security according to mutually agreed Client/Customer specific security policies, including administer server privileged access, password expirations, anti-virus, patch deployment, security event monitoring and logging.Support the in-scope server operating system, system management software, TCP/IP networking/configuration, and operating system utilities for those that are approved. Servers that are running with End of Life (EOL), End of Support (EOS) support from OEM, will be supported on a commercially reasonable basis without service level penalty.Manage the operating system configuration: modify configuration files, control access to system configuration files and validate integrity of system configuration filesManage operating system file systems:
modify file system sizes, verify mount point availability, and repair defective file systems at commercially reasonable effortMonitor and manage operating system log files to prevent file systems from overfilling.Manage operating system processes: refresh processes as required, establish start-up sequences, and change process priorities as requested/agreed with Client/CustomerLANGUAGE- English Mandatory B2 - C1TECHNICAL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Real experience (> 4 years) as administrator in Solaris/AIX servers' environment/platforms- Real experience (> 1 year) as administratorin other UNIX Platforms- Real experience (> 1 year)
