If you are a strategic thinker with a strong background in early access, read on and apply today for a life-changing career.The PositionAs the Head of Strategic Market Access for CETA, you will have the opportunity to develop and deliver the access to market strategy for future portfolio launches on cardiovascular & new therapeutical assets (such as Alzheimer, Liver diseases), working closely with other Market Access & Public Affairs (MAPA) functions, Medical, and Commercial teams. You will orchestrate Access Strategy shaping the market towards shaping healthcare ecosystem readiness on new therapeutic areas to define a holistic customer-centric plan. Providing input on local market insights to regional and global strategies for pipeline products.ResponsibilitiesLeading strategic market access initiatives, working together with public affairs functions to develop policy shaping, access narrative, health technology assessment, and patient advocacy, to realize future commercial opportunities.Coordinating the execution of MAPA cross-functional market access strategy development.Building capabilities for future HTA/Access strategies based on general trends in the healthcare field.Defining clear insights-based market perspective and position on future market opportunities for each individual product/therapy area.Coordinating the MAPA CETA budget and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you have a degree in science, Health Economics & Pharmacoeconomics or equivalent education. Additionally:Strong experience in a Market Access Management role within the Pharmaceutical industry (Access strategy development and planning, marketing and market development, public affairs, commercial operations...)Demonstrated experience developing and implementing early launch Market Access strategies.Experience in Cardiovascular, Central Nervous System and/or Renal Therapeutic Areas will be an advantage.Previous experience as People Manager will be an advantage.Fluency in Spanish and English.You are a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with senior management and communicate effectively to the highest level.
