Reporting to our Director of Solutions Engineering, you will be the pre-sales technical expert relating our product with our customers' needs.
Your experience building DTC experiences will allow you to empathize with prospects, identify pain points, and design solutions pertaining to front-end features and functionality, global fulfillment, and platform integration architecture.
You will be the link between the development teams and our clients, capturing functional requirements while addressing technical questions, and you'll represent the company's Engineering, Implementation, and Support Teams in the early phase of all projects.
This role is heavily client-facing.
