Description: We are looking for an Industrial Product Sales Technician to join an international company with over 80 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution of tools and machinery for sectors such as metallurgy, automotive, food, plastics, and oil extraction.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and providing high-quality service to customers, focusing on creating solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities: Identifying potential clients: Actively prospect in relevant industrial sectors.
Product presentations: Demonstrate the features and competitive advantages of the offered solutions.
Generating commercial offers: Prepare customized proposals for each client, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
Closing sales: Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and the client.
Relationship management: Continuously follow up on sales and maintain an updated record in the company's CRM.
Issue resolution: Provide post-sale support and ensure a satisfactory experience for the customer.
Collaborative work: Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure effective delivery and meet customer expectations.
Requirements: A second language (English, German, Romanian, Dutch, French, Arabic) is highly valued.
Availability to travel 20% of the time (10-12 weeks a year, mainly within Europe-Latam-Asia).
Ability to work on-site in the office.
Experience in selling technical products in a consultative manner or according to clients' ad hoc requirements.
