About the Team Responsibilities: Implement music content & community strategy for Spain Build, develop and sustain strategic relationships with key partners across the Spanish Music Industry Drive music-led initiatives from ideation to execution and analysis Oversee, filter and prioritize music releases, centralizing and communicating information to internal stakeholders whose programs and products are promoting artists Collaborate with broader Music and Content teams to reach shared goals Manage and monitor content, facilitate day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of music content issues Measure & analyze performance against key engagement metrics and implement progressive changes to improve overall performance of in-app content Partner with core XFN colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to strategic relationships and enable these relationships within tentpole moments Curate and localize in-app music content for the Spanish market Analyse & utilize data to make informed decisions to improve overall music consumption on TikTok Qualifications: 5+ years of relevant industry experience, either within the label and distribution framework, or directly within artist management or DSPs.
Proven track record working within an international and a fast-growing tech environment is a must Experience within Music Editorial teams Exceptional relationship building skills and established connections with the artist network necessary to encourage the growth of TikTok Comprehensive understanding of the Spanish music industry, with a focus on trending genres and artists Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships externally and internally Strong working knowledge of TikTok and a passion for pop culture and entertainment A team player who can lead efforts across music; capable of working calmly and quickly in high-stress environments and are solutions-oriented Ability to navigate and execute through ambiguity and drive momentum for new projects and ideas Experience working with international partners and teams across different time zones Strong computer skills and the ability to learn required business systems Familiar with using data to produce reports on content performance TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
