Position Summary: The Demand Generation Manager will be tasked with defining, shaping, and implementing a demand generation program that ushers customer prospects through a full-lifecycle buyer's journey, with the goal of generating new sales-qualified leads. Responsibilities include defining the buyer's personas and journeys, developing marketing campaigns, generating content, and executing multi-faceted campaigns using a marketing automation tool. The Demand Generation Manager will also be responsible for maintaining key performance metrics that can be used to measure progress, refine campaigns, and adapt techniques for maximum effectiveness.

The Demand Generation Manager will work with the sales team, product organizations, and other key stakeholders across the company to set up a program that improves customer awareness and generates new leads. The successful candidate will be a champion for marketing and demand generation, guiding other organizations in how to support Marketing objectives.

Main Responsibility Areas: Inbound, outbound, and account-based demand generation activitiesAdministration of HubSpot marketing automation systemDevelopment of programs to capture new leads (opt-in contacts)Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaignsDefinition of buyer personas and journeysWork closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenueCollaborate with other departments, such as product and customer service, to create cohesive demand generation effortsMapping of content to buyer's journeysAuthoring and editing of content to support the demand generation processCoordination with other key internal and external stakeholders to develop new content, support the buyer's journey, and qualify new leads
