The OpportunityYou will bring expertise to the Retail team with your design development efforts of our high-end perfumery collections' point of sales.You will be responsible for all the development of fixtures & tools dedicated to our fragrance collections, ensuring the integrity of all the institutional brand requirements and bringing added value to the team.What you'll get to do1. Merchandising Strategy- Define and communicate (internally and externally) the CASA HERRERA Fragrance Brands WW merchandising strategy: defining and implementing a brand-building merchandising program, undertaking relevant merchandising surveys, reviewing processes to transform and maintain luxury image at all levels of distribution.- Be the point of contact for all team members regarding store image, from Director to Beauty Consultant level.- Ensure that the go-to-market teams are fully briefed on merchandising expectations for successfully implementing the global strategies.2. Hard Merchandising- Develop new fixture designs and elements in collaboration with the team to elevate our fragrance collections.- Work with external suppliers / shopfitters to properly detail construction drawings.- Have proper guidelines for each element for proper go-to-market installations.- Challenge and improve store design to ensure new counters stand out, are easy to work with, and are easy to maintain.- Ensure design proposals are dealt with within acceptable lead-times, to budget and that image is always safeguarded.- Work with external suppliers / shopfitters in the provision of counter maintenance.We'd love to meet you if you have:- Relevant experience of permanent fixture design and merchandising gained in a similar environment- Good understanding of counter design- Degree qualification in Interior Design, Architecture- Good understanding of Luxury business- Experience within either a Luxury, Premium, Retail or Cosmetics business- Personal affinity with products and brandA few things you'll love about us:- An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture- A range of learning and development opportunities- An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow- A competitive compensation & benefits package
