We are now looking for a new Product Manager for our Diver Experience Team .
A user-centric team responsible for providing the driver's engagement and experiences with solutions and strategies while optimising their experiences and revenue.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE: As a Product Manager, you will constantly be chasing opportunities by diving into data, developing a deep understanding of your users, and collaborating with various teams contributing and building unique products.
The idea here is to provide a truly enjoyable, sustainable, and customised urban mobility experience to our users in every European neighbourhood!
You will build and test solutions to tackle user problems and jump on the business opportunities that drive the most significant impact.
You will be leading and owning products and services that drive short and long-term engagement of drivers with a particular focus on the experience, with confidence in defending your ideas and solutions, showing empathy, and fostering relationships with your team and stakeholders.
Your team will consist of Frontend and Backend engineers, Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and UX Designers and Researchers.
Our Tools: Tableau | Mixpanel | Miro | Slack | Apptimise | Custom Marketing Automation / AB Testing Tool | Custom Recommendation Engine TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: You have 3+ years of work experience working as a Product Manager for mobile apps with MVP experience.
Desired: Mobility or Food delivery experience.
You love data and can derive insights from it and visualise it to support your storytelling.
You strive to understand your users and stakeholders better than anyone else.
You have great ideas and know how to overcome blockers to make them happen.
