As part of this digital transformation agenda, Mars now seeks a proven Vice President of Digital Products, Marketing & Personalization. The role will report to the Global Chief Digital Officer for Mars Petcare and will work closely with senior global petcare and divisional leadership teams.THE JOBThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leadership team, which will take Mars Petcare into its next phase of growth,innovation and connection with pet parents. As VP of Digital Product for Marketing & Personalisation within this global, multi-billion, multi-industry organization, this leader will be critical ensuring the development of an industry-leading marketing technology stack at Mars Petcare, which will impact Mars Incorporated as a whole.They will partner with business and technology & data leaders across Mars to ensure an outcome-based digital product development approach in solving the most opportune challenges for pet parents and the business alike.
