WHAT WE OFFER
Main Responsibilities
- To report directly to the Site TA Manager.
- TAR Site TA Scope responsable. Freeze, additional and discoveries.
- TAR Site Planning TA Scope responsible and Local Process Owner.
- TAR Site Scheduling TA Scope responsible and Local Process Owner.
- Lead a TA Planners and Scheduler Team leveling its workload and performance.
- Manage a multidisciplinary External Planning service and its performance.
- Support TA Manager managing TA services contracting, material purchasing and the following invoicing.
- Support TA Manager in the preparation of the cost estimation.
- Responsible to define and keep update the local TA Planning and Scheduling Handbooks/Guidelines.
- TAR Site ROSER and STO planning tools owner and reviewer (key user).
- TAR Site Primavera P6 scheduling tool owner and reviewer (key user).
- Lead and manage T.E.S system milestones track Planning and Scheduling requirements achievements.
- Support the TA Manager in the daily turnaround reports.
- Support TA Manager in the preparation of T.E.S external Reviews.
- TA-Manager, Key-User & Scheduler Community (TAMKSC) member. turnaround reports. (Field progress data collection + Primavera P6 Progress Curve generation + Daily report).
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
- Degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering, preferential Mechanical specialty.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance or engineering work in a petrochemical or chemical process industry and minimum 3 years of experience in planning and execution of shut downs in a petrochemical or chemical process industry.
- Good oral and written communication in English.
- Good knowledge of maintenance and engineering disciplines such as mechanics, plastics, insulation, scaffolding, painting, hydro blasting, civil work, etc. - Knowledge of contractor management: understanding of the contractual conditions of contractor contracts.
- Ability to estimate resources, durations and costs.
- Procedures and instructions for maintenance work, with its breakdown structure and sequence relationship of its activities.
- Process of a petrochemical plant: fluent read of P&ID diagrams.
- Engineering draw: production sketches (pipe, reactor, boiler,...), interpretation of equipment drawings, pipes, support, civil works, exploded machine drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical schemes, etc.
- Knowledge and abilities using planning and scheduling tools such as Roser, STO Planner, MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Experience in plant turnarounds regarding mechanics, plastics, insulation, scaffolding, painting, hydro blasting, civil work, process control, high medium and low voltage.
- Materials: types and characteristics (piping, metal, plastics, joints, gaskets, insulation, painting...).
- Industrial legislation (product classification, pressure, volume storage), Safety legislation (work permits, confined spaces, chemical products risks) and basic knowledge of Labor legislation:
- TA Documentation knowledge (Quality Reports, Material Certificates, Inspection Reports, Legal Inspection Reports...).
- Biding/Invoicing: Contracting Strategy (Unit prices, Lump Sum, Reimbursable time and material, Materials...).
- SAP as expert user level.
