Job Description: As a Turnaround Cost Planner Specialist at Eosol Group, you'll be responsible for analyzing, planning, and providing cost-effective solutions for our turnaround projects. You'll need to have a solid understanding of the planning and TA process, along with fluency in English and advanced Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the cost manager and project team to develop cost estimates and plans
Analyze cost data and trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities
Assist in developing and implementing new cost strategies for turnaround projects
Monitor project budgets and identify cost overruns or discrepancies
Provide cost analysis reports and recommendations to upper management
Work closely with the industrial team to ensure cost objectives are met
Requirements: University Technical Degree in a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English
Proficient in Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
