Now, it reopens its doors completely renovated.It features 197 rooms, all with terraces and views of the golf course or the mountains. Under Hyatt's Unbound Collection brand, this hotel will offer 4 restaurants, a helipad, 2 tennis courts, 2 paddle courts, a gym, a wellness center with a spa, and a meeting center. It also includes a children's area, three swimming pools, and access to the golf courses.We are looking for a Guest Experience Manage r to join our team.We seek committed, proactive, detail-oriented individuals with a drive for excellence.Main responsibilities:Serve as brand ambassador to establish and nurture relationships with, guests, celebrities, VIP ´s and the local community.Ensure and provide a professional upscale guest service experience, aligned with the brand pillars. Create a positive impression throughout the complete customer journey for guests.The Experience Manager supports guest experiences, music, marketing and lifestyle initiatives; managing creative projects from concept to completion, while maintaining integrity of brand voice and translating marketing objectives into creative strategies to drive revenue and build brand awareness.Ensure and provide a professional upscale guest service experience. Create a positive first impression for guests.Collaborate with internal and external partners to initiate agreements with entertainment artists for local support and performances.Evaluate and adjust overall guest experiences based on interaction with guests, industry trends, etc.Closely work with the Sales & Marketing Team to ensure visibility of guest experiences on all channels.Review and coment F&B experiences including presentation, service, lightning, and overall ambiences offered.Craft and maintain a live music and performance program in 4 outlets.Support and create activations and activities, in collaboration with operational departments. for special dates throughout the year (Christmas, San Juan, Easter, etc).Lead the disco project including 2-4 them night throughout the summer with concerts.Lead the rewarded curiosity program at the hotel, including daily actions for a select group of customers including upgraded experiences as private performances, special spa treatments, off menu cocktails, and more.Review in-house music system and selection as well as volumes to assure a correct overall property vibe.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in guest services, hospitality, or a similar role within the luxury hotel industry.Proven experience managing creative projects from concept to completion
