Support senior executives on Practice and Thought leadership development.
Partner with our clients to make bold decisions on priority C-Suite issues within area of expertise.
Support on developing new and/or complex assets and offerings while developing the most talented resources.
Requirements We are looking for a Manager to be part of the leading Strategy practice in the RETAIL Industry.
We are looking for a professional with experience in:Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy Consulting Firms, working for retail companies.
Financial and commercial acumen.
Business impact mindset.
Ability to capture real impact (Incremental revenues, cost efficiencies, etc.).
Proven experience in any of these areas: Commercial Strategy and Planning, Buying & Merchandising, Category and Portfolio Management, Pricing, Promotion Strategy, Channel and E-Commerce Strategy, Customer Management and Loyalty.
Experience in the use of data, technology and digitalization in generating value for clients.
Preferred Skills Proven experience in managing teams in a consulting environment.
Analytical and critical thinking.
Problem-solving skills.
Great communication and leadership skills.
Experience in working with C-Level in Tier-1 Companies.
