This will include managing project resources, communication with stakeholders, and defining and adapting to changes within project timelines and scope throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to closure. Partner with other departments like operations and lab support in supporting ongoing activities like business process improvements, audits, vendor coordination, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Gathers business requirements and based on those, defines the scope of the work and project deliverables.Identifies the work required to achieve project deliverables within the team in addition to cross-functional/team coordination(s) wherever necessary.Prepares plans, including timelines, milestones and resources required to complete activities.Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile project related meetings.Set up governance to track project progress and report the status.Identifies, plans and manages project resources and stakeholders.Plans and effectively/proactively communicates with all the stakeholders.Proactively identifies and manages project risks and issues.Plans and manages project scope, timeline, resources and quality.Demonstrates accountability and responsibility of delivering the project as per client's needs and with timeliness.Identifies, assesses and authors documentation and addresses ways to harmonize and improve current processes/systems, as well as introducing new ones.Adjusts work hours as needed to meet client deadlines.Manage and support inspections and audits performed by internal and/or external customers and authorities.Guide and support audit remediation and control gap closure activities.Guide and perform vendor audits and assessments.Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.Regular attendance and punctuality.Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.Performs other duties as assigned.Owns the accountability and responsibility of delivering to client needs and timeliness.Provides cross-functional support to other departments as required.
