If you have the right to live and work locally in Spain and communicate well in English verbally and in writing, then please read on.ABOUT THE JOB You will be reviewing cases relating to booking issues and providing support to our TUI Contact Centre and destination reps with hotel and flight changes, holiday extensions, or in case they want to shorten their stay.
You will also check availability and calculate costs for our on-holiday guests who wish to amend their booking.Using multiple systems and online technology, you will contact our guests to advise them of costs to change and to make the necessary arrangements and voucher changes within our online systems.
You will also meet our SLA of 70% of cases handled within 24 hours, as well as our personal and team productivity targets.ABOUT YOU You have proven numeric skills and the ability to calculate price variations.
This skill will be tested at the interview stage.A methodical and organized approach towards the completion of the assigned tasks.You have an excellent level of English, both written and verbal, along with good communication skills.A digitally intelligent individual who works at a fast pace, adapts rapidly to change, and learns new systems and technology quickly.Someone who supports colleagues, has a friendly approach, and is a good team player.ABOUT OUR OFFER A job at our TUI Contact Centre offers much more than your basic salary, which already starts at 19,500€ gross/year.

The role is seasonal, from March until October, with a seasonal permanent contract.
You will be working 5 days on 2 days fixed shift patterns to cover working hours of 08:00-20:00.The team covers 7 days per week, including weekends and bank holidays.
