This position is based in Spain but you will have colleagues in other locations such as Germany, India, and the US to manage globally.
Your mission and responsibilities: Take care of the end-to-end Project Management responsibility, in terms of owning, driving and being accountable for the transition and transformation of the IT Infrastructure.Act as a visionary Cloud mindset driven individual to spearhead our global transition away from on-premise VMware technology towards cutting-edge cloud solutions, enabling operational efficiency, scalability, and cost optimization.Project planning and communications.Schedule and drive Project Meetings.Monitor budget and identify risks and mitigations in collaboration with respective stakeholders.Create monthly/weekly status reports.Adhere to project management standards such as PMP and PRINCE2, including the use of Agile frameworks like Scrum and Safe 6.0.Maintain data for the project in our relevant tools.Effectively support to manage the triple constraint: cost, time, and scope.Support in managing and reporting Forecast, Budget, and Actual reconciliation on a monthly basis.Define workflows, jobs, and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness.Support Stakeholder engagement, including Customers, internal teams, and Vendors.Coordinate and track multiple IT workstreams in collaboration with other stakeholders and ensure timely deliveries.Support the contracting and procurement processes to fill the needs of the project/program.Support troubleshooting and resolving problems within projects.Work with Quality Management to ensure all quality deliverables are created/maintained.Plan and manage IT migration activities from various datacenters globally in collaboration with various workstreams and stakeholders without impacting the operations of our business.Ensure adherence to local regulations, standards, organization Cybersecurity, and Data privacy rules.
