WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of 25+ multidisciplinary Middle Office members, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve operational objectives.
Strategic Planning: Contributing to the development and execution of strategic plans for the overall growth and success of the product.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Operational Efficiency: Implementing global strategies to enhance operational viability of the product.
Technology Integration: Overseeing the integration of technology solutions to optimize processes.
Client centricity: Being the main point of contact for the Front Office across the globe to achieve the highest service level for Santander SCIB clients.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards and addressing customer concerns effectively.
Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on operational performance, analyzing key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of regulatory changes and ensuring that operational practices align with current industry standards.
Risk Management: Managing and mitigating operational risks by ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 7 years of experience and 2 in similar positions.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's/University Degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Sciences, Finance, or Business Administration.
