Organization: Our company is a Recruitment agency located in Barcelona.
Function: As a Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Managing the recruitment team (daily and weekly meetings, monitoring processes of recruitment consultants, KPI tracking and analyzing performance).Taking part in the decision process of the department.Responsible for resources and activities allocation considering workload and results.Recruitment coordination of large scale projects.Training and coaching of new employees.Responsible for client satisfaction and follow up.Participating in periodic meetings with the client.Ensuring the quality of the service and providing ideas for improvement.Requirements: You are the person we are looking for if:
You have experience in recruitment and coordinating teams or recruitment projects.You have an advanced level of English and Spanish. Other languages are an additional asset.You have a university education preferably in Economics, Labor Relations or similar.You are client and results oriented, with communication skills, proactive, with critical capacity and attention to detail.You want to develop your career and keep growing with us.Knowledge in Excel.What we offer?: Why join Talent Search People?
