This job is with PageGroup, an inclusive employer and a member of myGwork – the largest global platform for the LGBTQ+ business community.Please do not contact the recruiter directly.As part of the Billing department, you will be supervising a team of 15+ people.Your main responsibilities will be to:Manage the team to ensure business continuity: workload optimization, recruiting, backfilling (holidays, sick leave, etc.), retention, engagement & performance.Manage the full invoicing cycle from invoice request to accurate bills.Ensure revenue is recognized as per corporate rules.Monitor closing activities.Manage escalation with internal and external customers to support business processes.Report on activity and performance to different stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement for your market and in collaboration with the other managers.Participate in broader company or department initiatives.Great opportunity to boost your career in Finance!Primary Requirements:Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 7 people.Proven ability to implement Billing Best Practice in an international environment & across different organizations/regions.Good negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written).Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives.Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.Customer focus.Fluent and professional English is a must; any other European language is highly valued.Experience in a multinational environment.Competitive compensation and benefits package in Barcelona, various well-being activity options.
