We are looking for an Office Manager & HR Assistant, who will be enthusiastic about offering support to our local team.
ResponsibilitiesProvide support in managing the local office and respective needs to ensure it works properly.Order and manage shipments for new employees' equipment in coordination with IT Team.Maintain up to date the inventory of all office assets and goods.Order supplies for the office and manage the relationship with providers.Assembly and distribution of corporate gifts and welcome packs.Manage the coworking space in Madrid, ensuring passes are available and providing information to employees.Manage the travel booking platform for Spain (Travelperk) and assist employees on using it.Manage the Health at Work process and ensure the company is compliant.Medical insurance management. Add new employees, prepare documentation, and communicate leavers monthly.Coordinate activities to support cross-functional office events or meetings.Support in HR administration tasks such as maintaining employees records up-to-date, preparation of letters, addendums to contracts, compile sick leave proofs, etc.Offer administrative support with hiring, onboarding and exit processes.Assist employees on eventual questions and providing guidance.Support on other projects based on needed. Requirements2 years experience in a similar job.Open minded and result oriented.Good level of English - written and verbally.Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Ability to multitask and work independently.Good knowledge of office tools.
