As a Senior Product Manager, your mission is to identify impactful opportunities by solving real customer problems that positively impact the business. You will be responsible for:Designing an actionable strategy and vision for your squad.Leading your squad to understand our customers' jobs and identify the main pain points that prevent them from achieving their goals.Collaborating with other tribe and squad members, as well as internally, to elevate our product while meeting company and product objectives.Driving the product strategy and roadmap, prioritising, monitoring, and measuring the outcomes of what your squad builds.Defining requirements, participating in discovery, overseeing delivery, and owning the success metrics of all your product initiatives.About YouYou have at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with SaaS products. You are looking to have a direct and massive impact on our users. You are passionate about your job and product culture in general, and you are a team player who believes in collective success.You can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation with a positive attitude. Your main concern is bringing the best experience to your users. You have a "get things done" mindset, are highly organised, and can make thoughtful yet quick decisions.You possess great communication skills in English, both written and oral, enabling you to collaborate efficiently with your team, other product teams, and all relevant stakeholders.Nice to HaveYou are independent, capable of getting things done without hand-holding, but know when to ask for help. You are comfortable working outside of your comfort zone when necessary.
