Our Global Commercial team is growing and we are looking for a KEY Account Manager to be based in Spain.
We're looking for an experienced KAM to join our Global Commercial Team.
Reporting to the CCO, you'll be responsible for developing and building the business and relationship with one of our leading customers.
You'll be a key member of the Commercial team, steering the future of the business line.
In this position, you will work closely with the C level, Sales, Account Management, Tech, IT, and Operations teams to develop and grow the customer portfolio as well as collaborate with our Product Team to improve our product portfolio and value proposal.
Job Duties And Responsibilities Develop an understanding of the market, Key Account strategy, and implement account plans to generate strategic relationships that will result in sales. Deliver selling presentations, including on-site product demonstrations or customer days in HQ, to targeted stakeholders of the account. Develop relationships in all areas of the Key Account organization that are key elements to PayRetailers' success. Organize peer-to-peer educational meetings and trainings to educate and influence multidisciplinary teams to use the product. Positively influence accounts, key opinion leaders/influencers, and other multidisciplinary stakeholders to generate or increase product awareness, uptake, and use. Understand, interpret, and promote relevant data to support the uptake and use of the product. Continuously educate oneself on the latest information on the ever-changing business environment. Participate in events. Experience And Qualifications BS/Master Degree in Business Administration or in the relevant field. Over 10 years of working in a fast-paced B2B Payment firm with previous experience with the Key Account. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude. Detail-oriented and able to prioritize. Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure. Fluent in English, written and spoken. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-levels. The ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others. Ability to deliver excellent customer experience. Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow. A true multitasker, able to manage multiple workloads, projects, and priorities. What We Offer Competitive salary!
