Inspect vehicles and maintenance records to ensure compliance with internal standards and federal regulations.
Collaborate with fleet managers and maintenance teams to assess the overall health of the fleet and identify areas for improvement.
Verify that all maintenance tasks are completed on time, with all necessary documentation and parts in place.
Analyze maintenance data to detect recurring issues or patterns that may require preventive measures or adjustments in maintenance schedules.
Track and report on key performance indicators related to maintenance effectiveness, costs, and vehicle downtime.
Assist in the development of best practices for maintenance management, including documentation and auditing procedures.
